Currently closed, but plans to re-open as community pub and cafe at Easter 2026 or soon after. This lovely old pub in the quiet village of Padbury has a very modern feel while retaining much of the old building's character and features. Unpretentious, white-painted exterior offers a warm welcome inside. The large bar, split in two by a wall, has three handpumps (but usually only two in regular use) often with local ale. It has a variety of comfortable seating with tables, chairs and benches. No food is served, but Luigi's Street Food usually visits on Wednesday (see Facebook page). The car parking is limited, but there is some parking on the street.
