Modern British Brasserie serving locally sourced food and ale, where possible. Re-opened April 2017. Hotel built in the 17th century, once a farm house and home to John Thurloe, secretary to Oliver Cromwell, a fireplace dated 1667 stands in the bar. Outlet has previously brewed its own beer although this ceased in 2020. In July 2025 an Ibiza summer party was held in recognition of the centenary since opening.
