Reopened in July 2025 following appointment of new management team. Stone-built 15th century pub., it has been attractively renovated throughout and has a very comfortable and cosy feel to it. The main bar features high-backed stools and Chesterfield leather sofas, with large log burners. The adjacent restaurant area has a curved quadrant window which affords views over the rear patio. There is an extensive menu. There are two beers on offer, and at least one is from a local brewery and very often both.
