This pub was taken over by Oak Taverns in June 2026 with a fresh new look but still maintaining a traditional interior. It is is now a freehold with six rotating cask local ales from Northamptonshire, Hook Norton and Vale breweries. Although they don't do food on site, there are food vans that regularly visit.
