The pub has recently had a complete renovation along with a new landlord. The newly decorated bar gives the pub a fresh appearance and there are now three ales available, one of which is a local guest beer. With its locality to the USAF base in the village, it provides US visitors a taste of a real English pub with real ale. They now have regular events such as quiz nights, live music and karaoke.
