The 'Jolly' is a traditional pub which offers a quiet lounge, a separate and more lively public bar with a pool table and TV sport, and a heated smoking area. A broad customer mix uses the pub, which hosts a golf society, a pool team and two darts teams. The bar stocks Wells & Co's own range of "Brewpoint" beers as well as guest ales from other breweries. An interesting range of bar snacks and meals is offered with food half price on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and roasts available on Sundays. A quiz is held on Tuesday evenings and poker is played on Sundays. The pub is open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights when its very popular karaoke takes place.
